Role-Play
I. General Role-Play: RP events (such as meetings/ceremonies/feasts/etc) will be held every Saturday at 7pm server time (8pm EST). However, RP is also often held on the whim of members and can happen at any time, in any place.
II. Event Activities: No matter the occasion (new members joining, a member becoming a full Fellow, or a Fellow becoming a Senior Fellow or Councilman/woman, a marriage, etc...) all members required to attend and/or be active for other RP in order to progress ICly and OOCly within the Fellowship. If you cannot attend a RP, message me on the forum or in-game and we can reschedule or work something else out.
Member participation in meetings is vital! If you cannot attend meetings, and a vote of some kind is being held, please write a letter to Vyraethiel about your decision on the matter at hand.

PVE/PVP
I. PVE: Although we strive to avoid violence, Azeroth never ceases to supply it. Thus, when members become aware of peoples or places needing defending, we will take the call (PVE/RP events are held on Tuesdays, raids and OOC PVE events are held on Fridays). RP may or may not take place before, during, or after these events. Whether the event is taking place IC or OOC will decide this (obviously).
II. PvP: Since this is a peaceful guild, most (if not all) PVP events will be considered OOC (non-canon). They will always be held on Tuesdays.
